Why do you choose the job at the Hanaken franchise store?

The first times, I start job here because I know someone at Bankara. He invited me. I’m quite confuse and excited because I can’t speak Japanese language. Customer is Japanese. Employee says “Irasshimase, Arigato” very loudly. I don’t say nothing about 1 week. Manager very angry me. And then, I try one’s best to learn about menu, speak, take order everything. I know Bankara is No.1 at Thailand. Now I work here about 4 years ago. I love this job.

1. Bankara is No.1 2. Great food; Very delicious. (I like Tonkotsu ramen), have many choice for customer 3. Employee is my friends; Everyday look like my family 4. Good job; Sometimes, maybe exhausted but I very happy to do that Funny 5. Skill; I can practice about job, language, patient 6. Salary; Good 7. I get new experience 8. Leader; Excellence

What is the skill aquired working at the Hanaken franchise store?

1. Responsiblity; every day leader will get point for employee to do. I’m not alone. 2. To be patient; many customer, many content, different of need. 3. Language; I can speak with customer. (Japanese, Thai, foreigner) 4. Service mind; Smile/ kind/ “Hai! Kashikomarimashita” 5. Contact; with customer, a part of commerce.

Was there any anxiety starting the job?

Anxiety about job, I’m not have because Bankara have great plans, great structure and quality of foods, everything perfect. I’m anxiety about myself. I haven’t experience about restaurant, I never learn Japanese language. But I have service mind. I’m happy when I talk with customer (How about food/ taste?, everything ok? If you don’t like this you can try this, next time etc…)

When do you feel challenging/rewarding?

1. Customers smile and says”Hello!, Yummy!, Delicious! Full! great service. ” 2. I met customer. (him/ her/ their) everyday, every week, every month at Bankara ramen 3 .I have opportunity to take care/ service by myself.

Why do you choose the job at the Hanaken franchise store?

I feel I’m suited to service job, And I am interested in the culture of Countries japan. So I began to study the culture of japan from J drama and comic, and another one reason because bankara ramen has a good reputation bankara has be famous on social network.

What is the pleasured thing working in Hanaken franchise store?

Lovely customers, boss, or Co-worker, whether it be anyone, all like family. (And this store has many challengers every day! We fighting with our sales)

What is the skill aquired working at the Hanaken franchise store?

First, Japanese language and more knowledge about japanese culture. And the important thing for me is to learned about solve different problem.

Different language with manager or customers, because this first time to me for working with foreigners.

When do you feel challenging/ rewarding?

Now, there have many ramen shop oppening on thailand more and more but our bankara ramen is still No.1!! I feel proud when my customer say this have is most delicious above all another shop!

I feel interested in restaurant business and Bankara is the most well known Japanese ramen in Thailand. I want to be a part of Bankara success.

What is the pleasured thing working in Hanaken franchise store?

Bankara working atmosphere is very good. I have worked with Bankara for a years. I feel connected with my boss, my co-workers, and also our customers. It seems like we are family “Bankara Family”.

What is the skill aquired working at the Hanaken franchise store?

Japanese language. I have a chance to communicate with Japanese customers everyday and Bankara teach me how to be a good problem solving. We face with unexpected, different problems everydays. So I have to think carefully to solve problem and satisfy our customers.

Japanese language. I’m afraid that I can’t communicate with Japanese manager and Japanese customers.

When do you feel challenging/ rewarding?

I feel rewarding when I saw our loyal customers. Nowadays there are many new Japanese ramen in Thiland but our loyal customers still come and enjoy eating ramen at Bankara and I feel challenging to change the new customers to be one of our bankara fan club.

I want to get a good job that can give me permanent income.

I have good bosses and enjoy woring.

I must be honest, hard working patient, open-minded and high responsible.

I was worries about how to make new friend, how to work with them.

When I gain the tryst of head it made feel proud.

I would like to learn original Japanese cooking style and Japanese working culture.

I feel impress about japanese working style, making all ramen, we make them with our heart, pay attention in all detail, concern about quality, srvice, cleaning.

I learn about Japanese thinking style, be more responsiblity, service mind, how to solve problem and leadership skill.

Different language and culture. It’s quite difficult to communicate.

When I can cook in all position and keep standard of Bankara’s heart. (Quality, Service, Cleanliness)
